From the same producer behind Black Magic, this release reveals a brighter, more refined expression of his craftsmanship. Through careful honey processing and blackberry co-fermentation, the coffee develops layers of vibrant fruit, delicate citrus, and elegant tea-like complexity while maintaining exceptional clarity and balance.
Blackberry Jam leads with deep, rich dark berry sweetness and a luscious jam-like character before unfolding into notes of Sugared Lemon — bright, tangy, and lifted by a sweet citrus sparkle. A smooth layer of Oolong Tea follows, bringing delicate floral complexity, soft aromatics, and a silky elegance to the finish.
